Well if you do... I wouldn't recommend hooking it up to your engine.

Honestly, I doubt the fan blades are securely attached (probably just a plastic center housing slipped over the motor shaft) and they'll probably melt off at some point...

I bet this guy paid $5 for the parts for this. A little PVC piping, a $1 motor at an overstock electronics place, some glue, a bulk order of air filters, and some hardware.

On the plus side you could use it in the summer to keep you cool... with clean air!

Just a bilge pump with a filter and pipe...wast of time.
As someone stated earlier, in order for forced induction to work, (ie. turbo, supercharger) the air needs to be compressed, not just moved by a fan blade. This is why real turbos and SC's performance is measured in PSI, not CFM like most of these cheezy ebay kits do. If you do want a real "Electric" Supercharger, you have two real options:
1. Thomas Knight--just google it and you should find it--this is the most effective, but they're not cheap
2. E-Ram--again, just google it--they have kits that are proven up to 2psi max--for the price of a good used turbo, not exactly worth it in my opinion.

For the price of a Thomas Knight kit, you could easily fab your own turbo or supercharger kit and get twice the performance.

Ebay should really monitor their seller's items for crap like this...
