I bought vinyl window louvers that somene tried to paint and ruined them. The store sold me them cheap. I stripped them all with this product and I repainted them and the paint adhesion was great. Instead of sanding the plastic you could try Scotch Brite pads. They will roughen the surface without removing the plastic grain. Cheers

I know you believe that you understand what you think I said but I'm sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.
I just realized, I used paint stripper for my ATV fenders, I can't believe I forgot that, what I used was methylene chloride as a sort of gel, which is what I just bought.
