fix it or chuck it?

well i took the tire off and after a closer look it appears the splash sheild had been removed to run the wires for the foglights, but was never put on properly and got all messed up by the spring,,i just used a hacksaw and cut away the damaged area of the splash sheild so its not catching anymore, problem solved!
