Steam actually is the most efficient, if developed right.... The reason it didn't make it as a viable power; Cows were getting Anthrax from the water left behind from steamers
My buddy tried to buy an EV1. We lived in AZ, where they debuted, but, like everyone else, they wouldn't sell them outright. My buddy even offered more than the asking price. I remember seeing them around, and wanting one
