Do you guys want to stay the week before, or the week after?

So when is this, Some ppl who work in a diff province need to know to get some time off in advance.

i think tyler and i were going to go from tuesday the 17th to tuesday the 24th, might also hit vancouver the 17-18th and then head to kelowna. not too sure yet thats why im curious when everyone wants to meet up. plus tylers gf is coming but she can only book a couple days off so she might drive down in his mx3 but she needs dats to book.

I think we should aim for the middle to end of july... that is just my 2 cents

My wife and I are tentatively planning to attend, though I don't think we'll camp. We'll probably stay with our friends in Vernon and come down for the meet...unless the timing doesn't work...we have a wedding in July. I'll cross my fingers that you pick a god date.

hey guys. been a while since i've seen any of you guys. i've got family (from out of town) stuff happening from the 28th of june til probably like the 6th of july. i want to come but if the meet falls in that time, i gotta be with family. liking the 17th of june to the 24th time period.

we have a wedding on june 21. but if it is after jacki and i will make it. I still think we should go for something like july 11,12 and 13 plus or minus a few days, we would like to take a week or so. Just my 2 more cents

this is why ive been bugging for a date for the last couple of months, tyler and myself cant make it on some weekend due to other plans popping up.

These dates don't work for me:

June 13th, 14th, and 15th weekend
July 11th, 12th, and 13th weekend
and anytime in or after August...getting married on August 16th

so it looks like every weekend in june means someone will not make it, as well as the first and second weekend of july. so far the only weekend that no one has said they cant make it is july 19-20. come on people, the july 19-20 will work as well but that is pushing it pretty far back. need some imput or something. i know of one person who had to book time off allready and has probably picked the wrong time.

I don't mind it being that late, though it will be very warm and very busy with tourists.

I stay with June, I think that is a good month, July gets very warm
