You will need some time to install this engine. If you have done this install before you will be fine. My first time it took 2 weeks for me by myself to get it all good and running. The 2nd time took 2 days but I had most the work done the first time.
I cant get a japan one cuz here in phx, az there emmissions i got to pass. is the ford laser gt-x from usa? if it is, would i have problem passing emmission? also im look up stuff and cant find anything thats why i'm asking questions. my friends dad has an mx3. he swaps the bp engines in around 1-2 hours, he can do so fast cuz every weekend he has to swap out the engine cuz he blows it redlining up to 7750 rpm all the time. his son is 17 and does it in 3-4 hours. i have helped him install on before, it looked pretty easy. the fastest his dad, his son and me have done a swap with ecu and harness was less than an hour. there mx3 is pretty quick, he has taken out hondas and all he gots is a air filter
