wat!? mx3 in japon had electric folding mirrors!? kick a-- sweet! concet is dumb but thats koolio i wanna be jdm and get some :D

While your at it, can you find the info on the relays, that seems to be the issue with wiring them is that most don't some with the relays. Having the info on a DYI folding mirrors would kick a--!
Well do you have access to JDM folding mirror parts?? :D I don't think you could just buy the parts at the junkyard (unless you are in japan :roll: )

Anyways I've said it before and I'm probably doing it wrong but I cannot comprehend what a relay does LOL :oops: sorry I've tried to read up on it but I just don't understand that thing. Everything I wire up is usually direct or tapped into an existing harness. For instance there are just 2 wires that control the opening and closing of the mirrors and if you have a PFM switch you will see there are 2 empty spots in the middle of the clip... that's where I plugged them in and they work perfect. I flap all day long without relays :roll: :D

when I ran my rear fog lights, no relay just direct wired to the switch... :(

umm yeah almost all cars in Japan have PFM since there is so much bike traffic and many streets are very crowded...

just type in JDM power folding mirrors on ebay...
