no there isnt any point rev limiting its just really fun to do lol

I know that " cutting " a gear make a car slower ( cutting is slang here 
)
We tell that a car is cutting when it does that |doammm doammm doamm| in a gear.
Here in Portugal we dont have Pike's Peak... but we do have Vasco da Gama bridge , and with 10,5 miles full straight it is the number one place to do a Top Speed test.
And a top speed test, only ends when a car " cut's " his last gear ( 5th or 6th )
So we are well aware of hitting the rev limiter.
I can only put the videos up, if there isn't any problem. Because street racing is not legal ...

i am waiting for Youtube to get a few videos i edited today.
They are still with my K8 full stock, in a few minutes they are here.
Again with this footage, my car did 7.2s on this dash, again remember it was fullllllllll stock, but it was a downhill of about 6 degrees down , less that this :
