For what it is worth I've found a company that will make fully custom gauge faces for 150. That is twice the price of Speed Hut, but they are 100% custom and are lit by the stock bulbs not indiglo. I'll have more info later as I'm waiting to see if some other companies reply and tell me if they are willing to make custom gauge faces and at what price.
