I have one of these fitted. Mines came with an angled white pipe which fits into he filter and connects to the hose in question. Here are a couple of pictures of it.

No worries then if you also have this white piece. If not, then just grab one from any car store, they should have these vac connectors, and then just tap into the top of the filter like the guy above. Your good to go if you don't have to relocate anything. Cheers and have fun with your new filter.
