Here it is!!!! This works!!!!! Grab some JB Weld (two part adhesive) and grab your 12 point socket. slap the mixed JB on to the head and sides of the bolt but use sparingly on the lower part of the sides as you do not want it to ooz towards the block. You want this to fill any spaces created between the socket outline and the bolt head from stripping. Then place your socket on the bolt and giggle it around so you know the JB has made contact with everything. Throw a hair dryer on this for about a half hour as heat makes this JB bond stronger. Leave overnight and then the next day, attach the longest piece of pipe onto the end of the handle of the rachet. This will give you leverege. Then slowly with an even flow of pressure start to try and take it off. If you notice that is still too hard, heat up the socket which in turn will heat the bolt and then try again using leverege. You will be suprised how well this works. Good luck :welder:

For future reference tap on the heads of the bolt with a hammer BEFORE you try to remove them. That usually helps
