ever sleep walk?

i haven't but one of my old roomates would...he'd walk into the hall in our dorm until someone talked to him, then he'd wake up. Was pretty funny when it happened.

Only weird thing i've had happen to me (several times) that doesn't have much to do with sleep is getting a huge adrenaline rush and passing out.

If learned that if i'm laying on the couch or in bed for more than 2 hours, not to get up quick. One time the phone rang and I got up really quick to get it, well...once the blood rushed to my head i suddenly couldn't see anything, and i remember waking up like 10 minutes later on the floor w/pain coming from my knee & head (i hit it on a table going down).

weird s---..i remember the experience actaully being pretty cool. Imagine a bunch of black dots covering your vision entirely (to the point where you are blind while ur eyes are open). I remember my ears also stopped working entirely..it sounded like I was underwater right before I must havve fallen. Once I was blind, i had less than 1/2 second before I lost it & fell lol.

Anyways that has nothing much to do with this, but definitely something kewl to try. just make sure when you get up really quick taht there isnt' s--- near by that will f--- you up when you fall lol. Laying down a cushiony blanket or soemthing would be a good idea i guess.

I had the same thing happen to me last year, kinda...I was wrestling with the kids next door, picking them up and throwing them into the snowbank, after a about 20 minutes, I was absolutely exausted. I layed down on the front porche to catch my breath and closed my eyes, after about a minute I opened them and I couldn't see, it felt like a good 5 minutes before my vision came back, but man that was weird.

I woundn't mind experiencing this either is there ways to trigger it, not trying to be rude to anyoen that has experienced it im sure once someone has experienced this they don;t ever want to again.
