alright thanks alot guys for all of the info/suggestions. much appreciated. Im still trying to get to know all the lowdown on my car and whatnot, a-- soon as the problems are fixed im gonna team up with my friend who works for mazda(mechanic, lucky me i suppose) and do some mods.

oh and some good news just to throw out in the open i just got my MX3 painted and it looks so sly. it was originally white, i got into this accident and my hood got all screwed up and i got it replaced, hood was black... so i drove for a few months with a black and white car but now its all black and looks great, personally i think black it the best color for the MX.

i know this is kind of an old post but did you ever figure out a solution to this? my car is having this problem and i would like to get it figured out before winter comes around again.
