to answer the original question, double clutching was a technique used when trannies didnt have synchros. Now they do, and the technique is useless and slower. Its a movie thing to make it look "cool".<P>The movie sucked [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

The wiper thing?? Well I have done that a couple times myself. When I landed a nice lil jump on my car my fingers on my right hand accidentally hit the wiper stock and poof!@!! the wipers go on.

I'm pretty sure it was a GS..they sold in on eBay a while back....and I also have hit my wipers several times by accident

When you go over 120mph or so the wipers tend to go up a little bit [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

they actually sell wiper spoilers to keep them down
