Another BPT ?

cre8v: I've been collecting parts for this project for over a year I have alot of extra stuff. Most of the GTX and Pro/EGT stuff has been sold and I'm just clearing out my extras.<p>Stuff for sale:
- 93' Escort GT ECU
- 93' 1.6 sohc ECU
- 1.6 sohc tranny in good shape
- 1.6 axles
- 1.6 Sohc motor
- 1.8 a/c compressor and bracket
- 1.6 power stearing pump

What was said about the GTX harness being a annoying to install I can tell you that is true from experience. I was running on my stock mx-3 ecu(1.6 SOHC) for a week or so but it smoked, smelled, and ran like crap so I decided to do the switch. It would be better to go with the Haltech system but I don't have enough money for that now. I traded mine straight up so i payed basically $350 for it. Running on the mx-3 ecu is not worth it and I wouldn't recommend it.

corksport quoted me at 500 for the harness and ecu. but that was if i bought the BPT at the same time i think.

A new Harness, at Mazda Canada is 1000$CAN! So you got yourself a deal..<p>On the Mx-3Québec club, someone found me an harness for my 1.6l twin cam for 200$CAN.. no waranty.. :
