im not too sure, but you need to boot off of the 120gb hard drive for the drive overlay software to work...so it will need to be your primary
And UDMA66 is only transfer speeds, 66mbps to be exact, and does not determine size (MB/GB) compatibility

PS, are there any of the old commi BBS's still up? Im dieing for a fix of B.R.E. or L.O.R.D.

ive got 256MB (2 128Mb "memory sticks") today to replace my 64Mb ones, when i put both of them in and started comp it just turned on and didnt respond, even monitor didnt lit up, then i took one of 32mb sticks and put it back in instead of other 128mb stick. and i could get it working this way, (one 32mb stick and one 128Mb stick) i wonder how come my both 128mb sticks didnt work, something wrong i did? Btw it says it supports up to 256mb so it should be working that way. let me know what you think guys, thanks.

2 thing you need to check, latency and ammount of chips. You motherboard may require CL2 type ram and you may have bought CL3 (which is slower). There alse may be some incompatibilities with the ram speed your using and the speed of ram your motherboard wants/is compatible with (66MHz, 100MHz, 133MHz)
Also check on how many banks your motherboard supports (not actualy slots). RAM can have chips on either just one side of the stick, or both, called single sided or double sided. Each side counts as a bank, so a double sided stick of ram uses 2 banks...now im just gonna guess, or give you an example... say your motherboard has 2 slots for ram, but supports only 2 banks, say both your original 128mb and your 32mb are only single sided, so there using both supported banks. Now lets say your new 128mb stick is double sided, so with the double sided stick of ram taking 2 banks by itself, totalling 3 banks needed, but only allowedto have 2 banks, your machine refuses to post cause it cant address the ram (which is essential for computer functionality)... the motherboard booklet should let you know how many banks it supports.
I've also seen ram combinations not work with others, where 2 sticks of ram just wont work when they are in the same system together
Try onen thing for me, if you pop out your original 128mb and put in the new one with the 32mb stick, does the same problem happen
ALso if you can, tell me what is the manufacturer and model of your motherboard, along with what sticks of ram are single sided and.or double sided and i can see if i can figure out yor problem

originally i had one one sided 32mb stick, then ive got another 32mb stick (double sided) worked fine that way (64mb) they're supposed to be 130 and ive bought these two 128mb 130 sticks. original one works with other one 128mb stick.
computer is etower 500is 500mhz intel celeron.

here is what i see
i just upgrades a 500 mhz to a 2 gig
all right this is what i needed
mb & chip
ddr ram
new HD
new video card..b/c the one i had was 4 mb...(if you are not worried about video buy on board)
new power supply
so i basicly used the cd & cdr drive, & the case, which i upgrades later...& the orginal floppy...
but i was pretty happy
got one more question about your current emachine...
alll right u have 2 ide channels, & you got a cd rom/ dvd, & a HD...then u should have room for the 120 gig HD....
well it might not work b/c u probally need a bios up grade...which can be a nighmare & its not free....
i would upgrade or buy a new pc.....
