Is this the new thing now, pulling over before they turn their lights on? Wht is they didn't even see you speed? Wouldn't you just be self-incriminating yourself? I dunno maybe it'll make the cops more remorseful, but i'll just wait for the lights and try and get out of it (not very easy!)

A lot of people pull out of the way of the cop as he goes by, people sometimes change lanes for them. If you're on the street just move over and slow down and see what happens, if he pulls up behind you just be polite.
