Well the poll is going well, but my goal is to get ALL the owners to post, and make this the longest thread ever! Any ways, dave, even though i know you are young now, you sound a bit older due to all your knowledge, both technical, and mechanical(no offense). Where did you learn all of this? i'm 18 ... had my mx-3 since i was 17... i think. and i'm pretty sure that the 2.5 Liter was never the stock engine

Hey! Im 22(will be 23 this oct), got my Mx 2 years ago, and would change it only for a GS !

I have like $100 in my car in performance mods, but I've done as many free mods as I can and keep her tuned well constantly. I'm 21 - just done a manual transmission conversion - next step KL-ZE in about 2-3 months.... oh yeh had my baby for 2 years now... replaced a celica....

Im 20 years old 21 in a few. Anyways, I picked up my mx-3 about 3 months ago. I got a 92 red rs for $1200, it has 80,000 miles. I got a deal cause i know the dealer but the only thing that was wrong was that it needed a new cv joint. The only other problem has been that its pretty hard to come upon mods around here. Thats why I have been shopping around here. SO far u guys have seemed like a really great group to bad more of us are not closer geographically.

My friends, I guess that I'm old enough to be called Dad by most of you folks; I turned 48 this past February and my first Mazda was a 1200cc coupe: this was the piston engine version of the first Rotary engined Mazda, the R100. Incidentally, has anyone out there got the resources to gather and list the parts from other vehicles which would also fit the MX3? Best wishes, mendel00985

i am 18 years old. i bought my mx-3 when i was 16. the guy i bought it from was in his 40's though.

Well i'm 22. I've had my car for 1 year now. Its doing pretty well now with 160,000kms. nolamike will be 30 in October, so I guess I'm one of the 'old farts' here...

I'm 22, and have had my Mx since Jan. 1998. She replaced a Ford Escort that was totalled by some chick rear-ending me. I wish I would have known about all the aftermarket stuff when I first got her. She would almost be done, instead it's like I'm starting all over again.
