im sure dash cams dont help, say they dont catch out, but get ya on tape, well, most care are originally tricked out that they can point ya out, so they physical, visual evidence that you where there at that time and place...but a video of you driving off doesnt mean you were racing, watching a street race is in most places illegal, but its better than being charged with that(i dont know that the charge is called) than to be charged with racing.<P>Even if you are caught, if you weren't caught in teh act of racing, its better to be fined for watching an illegal street race than fined for street racing and watch your insurance go up

its called aiding and abeiting illegal racing, and it is a $100 ticket at least in California, they usually bust people for parking in bike lanes and red zones and stuff it is pretty cool to see about $400 thousand dollars worth of cars lining up on the 52 offramp going the next site
