Confirming parts for drum to disk swap.

I've read a few threads about the swap. I just want to confirm that all I need these parts.

rear hubs
calipers
pads
rotors
brake lines
gs e-brake cable

I should be able to get hubs out of a bg chassis that's has discs in rear?

Guys all I'm looking for is to confirm this is right. they're is no parts car around here and I will just order parts from autozone. I just don't want to order the wrong parts. Thank you.
