I have a friend in Germany that says the VW Golf scene has a lot of people who roll fenders or know who rolls fenders, maybe join up on a local VW or Golf board and ask around there? As far as I know you're the only active member in Germany on this forum so I doubt anyone can give you much specific info.

yeah i know kuro88 is a member on here too and he is here in germany as well. The only reason i like the whole dropped look with the wheels popping out a tad or just flush with the fender is because of the tuning they do over here but i have decided to go with the baseball bat method. The cheapest place i could find over here was 180 euro for on side
and that my friend is ludicrous
