I didn't vote because my answer is somewhere in between #2 and #3 ... depending on which drug he is under the influence of at the time.

All I know, is that he bought a set of slim visors, and it went fine. He sent the $$ right away. I don't remember if he was one of the guys who so patiently waited for them to get sent :)
