Printable tags (for the lulz)

There was talk about making a tag to place on other MX-3s out there, so this is the result of all five minutes worth of work on a netbook in the car.

Dimensions are 7" by 4.25", so you can print four of them on a standard legal size piece of paper. Also, I am 100% certain that there is someone here who can make better ones than me.
