Black hood on the non-black car thang will always be "in".
I swear, From a distance... It actually looks like a CF hood! (sarcastic btw)
You could always tape up your hood and make little lines on it for that special CF look.
Not flaming at all. Don't take that in the wrong way. But black hoods on a non black car give the hint of, what some of you call rice.

Back in the day, long ago, before MX-3s were born, guys used to paint their hoods flat black for racing, since the big hoods would reflect alot of glare. That's why some muscle cars came with black hoods.
