Are you sure you want to spend $5k just for a bodykit and new paint? And an I4? You can get a GS for $1500. Then spend the extra money for engine swap, bodykit/paint job you like. Just my 2 cents.

Hey thanks for the reply, Im trying to get a car to replace my gas guzzler. you guys are going to think im crazy when I tell you what car I own and willing to sell it in for an MX3 but im trying to save money on getting a car good on gas. I miss my salvaged MX-3 and I want to get another one and try to make it look the same.

The MX3 for 5K on the link above has molded bodykit, fresh paint. Only thing that worrys me is the fact that there is no airbags. teh risky. I told the guy to give me more pictures but he did not get me pictures yet in a week. I don't know, what you guys think? Should I get this car or get a stock one and build it on my own? a.k.a project car. I read another post of someone selling their black MX3 I4 engine but it is turbo charged. Does having a turbo make the car suck more gas? or is this myth fake? Someone told me turbo charged does not suck gas more, it depends how you drive the car because knowing that it has turbo then it tends to make you hesitate and drive faster making poor gas milage but I don't know what to do. WHat do you folks think I should do?

My stockish GS gets 35 mpg hwy, and my ZE gets 33 (both on good days), so you can enjoy driving, and not spend that much on gas. I have thought about getting an I4, too though. You should be able to get it up to 40 MPG without too many mods. I wouldn't spend anywhere near 5K on one, though.
