Corksport sideskirts

Post by steckino »

I just received my pair of side-skirts from Corksport.com. Although, I myself do not know how to install them. I see that there are bolt and screws that have come with it. I am wondering how to install them. I can tell were some of the screws go, but I am wondering about most of the others and I would like to know some tips on how to keep them on nice and tight.

I installed these recently... basically I just lined it up with the little lip that goes in the door and screwed it in with a drill...

I used double sided tape on the top edge since it wasn't completely flush with the car... The pics are pretty horrible but I can take some close ups if you need to know where I screwed them in...

they are these sideskirts right??

Yes they are the correct side skirts. Looks good :) , Yeah I will need to see where you put the screws in. Oh and I did figure out about the clips that go into where the 3 plugs (on each side) go. So double sided tape will make it tighter to the body? cool beans. Yeah I'm mostly scared that I will screw up on the drilling.

Oh wow, you didn't get the clips, and the screws?! Wow... that's a rip off. so yeah I have to do it with the clips... but I will definitely be getting some double sided-tape, just to make it more smooth and flush. Mine are unpainted and white. But in a couple months I plan on painting my car a Gloss Black. The OEM pain is chipping and I'd rather not wait until spring to get the paint job. I'd rather not do rust work....
