Is it possible to use a g series gearbox from a 1.8v 2.5v on a bp 1.8 inline 4 engine

No, but you can make an hybrid tranny. B6 housing with V6 internals (diff.)

The Ford ZX2 internals are said to be very strong. You can direct swap it or you can mix match gears from any G series
