JDM KLZE Auto tranny swap

ok, so i am about to purchase / have ordered this tranny

my only concern is axles.. i know about MTX axles and stuff, but i am hoping this will be a direct fitment on my 1.8 GS.. Just want to make sure the current axles will fit into the differential...

FYI, i am installing the ATX as a quick fix for now.. i need 1 car on the road.. so you don't need to tell me to forget about ATX and just do an MTX.. i have the MTX car as well.. thats for warmer weather..

I dont wanna get you nervous, but the Auto tranny I got with my ZE wouldnt fit in a GS. The dipstick wasnt in the same location either.

what about the tranny wouldn't fit? besides the dipstick issue?

It was a totally different transmission, I assume it was ment for a sedan. The mx-6 ZE that came with an auto tranny may work, but thats speculation.

no no- that will not work either.

None of the electronics will talk to each other and it a huge mess.

Save yourself the $$ and time. It been thoroughly researched and trie dto make work a million times- never been done succesfully.

Look up Mason Holmes and read his posts about it.
