AUTO 2 MANUAL TRANS SWAP Q's

Just need to know what from what cars can I get parts from?

CAR-->1993 MX-3 GS V6 1.8L AUTO.. I have a KLZE coming in with a 5spd trans full wiring and ECM, should be coming in some time this month.

Currently have an auto but need to know which cars are compatable with MX-3 Chassis.

Parts I need. shifter with rods, master cylinder, hydraulic line, clutch pedal assembly, possibly brake pedal (not sure if it has to be different size between auto and manual) dont know if I need any wiring from interior of the car.

Here is the question: Do I have to look for an MX-3 V6 at the junk yard, or can it be MX-3 4cyl, Ford Probe V6, MX-6 V6, or 626 V6(did not see many manual so not sure if ever came manual)
