How do I know if I need the seat-belts fixed?

I heard there was a recall, how would I know if I need to take the MX3 to Mazda for the seatbelt re-call?

they auto seatbelts are crap and heavy..i removed mine and made them get stuck in the closed position. doesnt bother me slipping them on. Those little motors were heavy and stuck.
