1.8l BP Cams

Where I can find cams for my 1.8l BP?? (other than corksport and todaracing)

Been looking for those for a while before putting a turbo on my BP

99+ miata cams work well, aside from the fact that you need the solid lifters that go with those. They aren't a good as an upgrade as the toda cams, but their price is probably wayyy less.

I have read of Mazda speed Miata cams working well too, but good luck finding a set of those ;)

Are there known problems with corksport or toda cams? I am getting ready to start looking for cam upgrades myself, also in anticipation of a turbo.

if you go to Clubprotege.com there is a guy named Mike323 that regrinds cams for like $200. I was talking to him about a set that he had made specially for a Turbo 1.8L. It had really good gains on a GTR he said but from the sound of what the car was pushing I think he meant GTX.

You supply some cams or you can buy a stock set from him. Or you can just go witht he EX cam as a intake cam and make good gains. Go to Clubprotege.com and search around. That is the best website for the BP.
