Liquid on spark plug

Post by Eric »

Yesterday, my brother added some liquid additive in the oil. But he had the "bad  " idea to add it with the engine running (at idle speed) :
- he has started the engine, and let it at idle speed,
- than he has removed the oil filling cap (with the engine still running at idle speed), and immediately had the liquid additive
- as the oil filing cap was opened the engine stopped.

The problem is that from now I couldn't start again the engine.
And when I've removed one of the spark plugs, I found it's inside part was completely covered by some liquid (oil additive ?).
Do you have any idea what should I do ?
Any idea to remove possible liquid in cylinders ? with some tube ?

If it didn't happened when liquid additive was added, I would perhaps had suspected the head gasket, but in this described case it seems surprising ?

I need help before going in futher investigation.
Thanks.

The car is usppose to shut off when u open the oil filler cap if u have it running....either shut off or run REALLY crappy. Not sure why its not starting again....let it dry out i guess.

I tryed to dry out the 3 more accessible spark plugs, but the engine still doesn't start.
And when I removed them again, they were again completely covered by some liquid.
any idea to also dry out inside of cylinders ?
