IMHO - Yes and yes, why not email them to verify the drop issue.

hey i have a 93 mx3... i wanna drop her... can i go more than 2?
and how much and where is da best place for cheap springs i dont work so i dont wanna pay to much plus cars old i just wanna make her look good for da summer anyone have any for sale let me know thank u

I just installed my sprint springs 350 miles ago on stock struts. Not much of a drop yet but the handling makes up for it. They are progressive springs. Very firm, much stiffer than stock, but also handles bumps very well. I am so surprised at how it handles considering I got them for $135 shipped on ebay. Highly recomended. Ill post pics soon.

I thought you didn't get any drop when you installed them? Any updates on the drop? pics?
