What exactly is HOLD and what is it supposed to do? Im thinkin its some kind of overdrive but im prob wrong.

Hold actully keeps the tranny from shifting into overdrive.

Dont go over 45 MPH with the HOLD button on unless you want to ruin your tranny.

It is meant to keep the car in a lower gear while traveling up hill or in adverse weather conditions.

Its fun to play with, but dont get too HOLD happy or your tranny will hate you.

I would highly receommend that you get a transmission cooler to help with the high-temps that Mazda Automatics are known for. Your tranny will be happy and you will thank me.

Aight thx a lot ill prob have to get a tranny cooler if I dont get a manual tranny first
