What would your guess be on what a 97 civic runs? 1.6 vtec with an intake and an exhaust sys?

A friend of mine owns one and i can beat him and he says hes running a 15.9 though i havent seen slips.Is this Bull? or should i be in the top five for n/a 4 cyc?

Depends on the motor. And yes you will need a timeslip to get on the list =]

Either your friend is short shiftin or doesnt hit the bottel when he races ya cause you should be somewhere in the 17-19s range..
