Need A Diagnostic Before I Go To The Garage.

I have a manual 94 MX-3 RS<p>For the last week and a half I've noticed a sound like I'm driving over a grate (duh-duh-duh-duh) the noise varies with what speed I'm going and with the window down I can hear it has a high pitched sound coming from it. The noise seems to be coming from the front left wheel-well. I never hear it when I'm accelerating or braking or making tight turns, just when I'm at a cruising speed whether I'm in gear or not. I have people telling me it’s the alignment (the wheel doesn’t shake at all) the struts the shocks the CV boots the axle… etc. I’m going to take it in but I’d like to know as much as I can before I get to the garage. I’d really appreciate any help here.

ok i had the same problem where it sounded like I was going over a grate all the time and the problem turned out to be to much air preasure in my tires. so maybe cheack ur air preasure it should be 30- 32 psi
