Fiberglass hoods
How hard/expensive would it be to make a fiberglass hood? My hood is messed up and I can't afford a carbon fiber hood. Any ideas?

do you mean, you personally making one?
if so, it would be a big job to tackle no doubt, ive never made a hood myself, usually i just do small projects with fiberglass. do you have any experience with fiberglass? if not, try tackling a smaller project to get the hang of everything.

I tried to make theese available buy i guess no one liked the ide because it costs 200 dlls to make, plus 100 to cross from mexico and i guess 100 for shipping...maybe almost the same as a carbon fiber one?

MX-3 w/ curved neck millenia klde, boosted @ 5 psi. /bov and wastegate are good!/ nitto drag radial/ gutted interior/ millenia red top injectors, vortech fmu/aem wideband/ all bolts ons/ Car put together 100% by me. Mechanic? who needs a mechanic? ew.. real men work on their own cars!
