Alternator belt?

Alternator belt?
Something to due with my alternator belt or tensioner or bearing or pully.... something in there anyway is making a weird noise and sometimes squeels. I was wondering if you guys know what it could be? a bearing going maybe? and if it is a pulley bearing or something how hard is it to change things in there? Oh and cost ?
