alternator replacement in my 94 GS

how hard is it to replace the alternator in my 94 GS. how do i go about it and what needs to come out to get to it??? help me please!! thanks a lot. [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img]

For me, not hard at all. For you I have no clue [img]shrug.gif"%20border="0[/img] <BR> I don't think its hard but all my freinds wouldn't touch it. Are you mechanically inclined? do you have access to the right tools? There's alot of variables that can influence our answer.<BR> My attitude when taking on a project is "just do it".<BR> If I'm not sure how long the project is going to take, I start on a Friday night and finish on Saturday. This give me plenty of time for screw ups, and still get the car back on the road by monday.<BR>Andy P. 93 GS

i am mechanically inclined and i have the right tools. i just want to know if i have to go from the top or bottom and if anything has to come out yo get to it. thanks

Go in from the bottom, thats the easiest way.
