Perhaps Chertburg should change the title to: "How Do I Locate a Hatchback Window?" or something to that effect given that this is the "General Mazda MX-3" section and not the "MX-3 Related Want to Buy." Actually, this is an good topic ...

Help!! I live in SoCal, near Palm Springs, and only work part~time...I cannot go very far from the area, to find one, and shipping costs would be outrageous!

Re:
I cant believe no one has thrown down Koni inserts. They are nice. I rode a set of those and H&Rs for about a year and loved it. Its not to hard to get them in there.
I second ya', Steve. Koni Red adjustable inserts are excellent and will match up with any spring set out there, although the H&Rs ...

Re:
Thank's for the info. I decided to spend more and get the koni struts and H&R springs.
A good decision! The Koni struts and H&R spring combo should serve you well. Now that Mazdaspeed struts are no longer available, upgrading to Koni is really a no-brainer for serious enthusiasts.

OK everyone, check this out: My 1992 MX3 RS has nearly 360,000 miles/579,360 km on the original engine and is still going strong! It's not burning any oil and I have not had to do any repair work on the engine to date.
Well, here's an update on my 1992 MX-3 RS: 466,000 miles/749,955 km and still ...

Yes to all of the above.....but be sure to check the obvious -- PCV valve. My 1992 RS began to burn oil a few months ago. I noticed the oily residue on the back bumper and license plate. I replaced the PCV valve and problem solved! Simply pull it out and shake it. If the plastic piece inside rattles ...

Sorry to hear you are still not passing. I used (CAM 2) 100 octane unleaded racing fuel plus rubbing alcohol and my hydrocarbons were nearly zero! Mind you, I still had to replace the cat converter in order to pass the NO. Rubbing alcohol will make you burn cleaner. Fill your gas tank with at least ...

If you take the test a second time and the NO levels are even higher than before, then most definitely replace the cat. When I took my test the second time and failed, the NO levels were even highier but that was weeks later and thousands of miles added to the car. After failing it the first time, I ...

Your catalytic converter neeeds to be replaced. I have a 1992 RS MX3 and it failed with nearly 300,000 miles. Had the same problem that you did -- failed because the converter had "pooped out". I replaced the converter and it passed with flying colors! With regards to the hydrocarbon, just use a ...
