Re: Ball joints?

earlier model rx-7 ball joints will fit the ones for the smaller shaft, also, if the car is lowered will increase your wheelbase width since they're like 3/4 of an inch longer than stock and a little bit beefier (where if bolts up to the control arm) (im using them in my 323, same nuckle that came ...

Re: MX-3 DNA for my 323

no, no, and no. too many minute differences in parts. including the rear sway bar.

if you really want disc brakes for the back just swap the entire sub frame and all thats attatched, you're going to need to change the proportioning valve up front on the fire wall, and ebrake cables (all 3 of them ...

Re: air conditioner unit

between the blower and the heater core housing under the dash, find an mx-3 or protege or 323 that doesnt have ac, pull the connecting plenum out of that car to use when you remove the ac unit from that area under the dash in your car, after that its just parts delete from around the engine bay ...

Re: installing

have the same gauge, installed in 05, for best results splice the single wire on the engine harness just before the plug, then run the line inside, then run the negative directly to the battery or to the body grounding point where the neg cable is attatched to (if you dont want a mess of wires) but ...

Re: Adaptive air/fuel metering ???

its adaptive to a point. the only thing i can think of is adjusting the vaf (unless you have a maf) and possibly lowering your fuel pressure a little bit (since it used to be turbo im guessing you have an adjustable rrfpr)

Re: throtle body upgrade dohc

delete the fuel pressure regulator vaccum valve at the end of the fi harness (just unplug it and leave the rest if you're lazy, otherwise remove the valve too and just run a piece ov vacuum tube directly from the fpr nipple to the intake plenum nipple. thats how it is on the 8v versions, and is ...

looks like you're leaking tranny fluid.

what i would do is do the engine shampooing, then you'll be able to know exactly where the leak is coming from.

distributor = o ring replacement (2 minute job, 5 if you're having trouble seating it back in :P )

oilpan seal = no problem,

resealing the atx ...

Possibly a crack in one of the coolant lines running to the heater core?

or the lines that run into the intake manifold.

check from the alternator side, up underneath the intake plenum, you'll see 3 to 4 hoses (smaller ones) up underneath it.

(i said to use the alternator side simply because ...

scratch the terpentine... since it is a base, and making the acid's ph go up will make the battery not function as well as it should.

if ever a cell in the battery goes bad (ie: the lid tops go black, the acid (liquid) is foggy, or what not)

empty the acid from that cell, be careful and wear ...
