when you accelerate, does it just switch back and fourth also? and when you brake or take your foot off of the gas what does it do?

I just installed mine. and my did that for the first 2 to 5 mins or so..or does it stay like that forever? i was told that it will do that as the car warms up or something like that.

does anyone got one? everytime it rains really hard up here. the next morning my car wont start right away. i have to wait like an hour but at the same time im trying to start it and i was told that i need a new distrubuter cap or something idk. does anyone got a part that i can fix this with?
