I have a 1.8l v6 with 150 000k. I will take a look for a leak in the hose. A few months ago I got my thermostat replaced so i don't think its that unless it isn't working properly. thanx

Hey, when I drive my car for a bit it will start to idle high when it gets hot. The temperature guage reads normal at medium. Sometimes I can kick it down from idling high. But my antifreeze still boils over. I tried spraying the throttle with wd40, but now I'm thinking that it has to be something ...

I am also having the same problem as silverbullet. except my car is idling when already hot between 2000 to 3000 rpm and sometimes it will also rev up and down like yo-yo'ing. It is so bad that my anti-freeze will boil over. It happens ever time i drive. Can anyone please help me!!<p>Thank you
