Yes, if your alternator was ok your car would run with a jump. Your alternator is dead, and so now your battery is too.Originally posted by Chasing_Size:

You can buy one from a Ford dealer, but they're about $95 a piece. (Actually, that's a quote for a single front strut, but I assume the rears are similar.) As I understand it, the lower wieght of the underdrive pulley makes a bigger difference than the smaller diameter. It does the same thing as shaving weight from your crank or flywheel to give you more power.

I just got my ZX2 struts (thanks to Vlad) and ordered some Eibach springs to go with them. I'm also ordering new tires for my stock wheels. Tire Rack has the Kumho ECSTA 711 in both the stock 205/55 and 215/50. I'd like to get the 215s, since not only are they 10mm wider, but they're $6 cheaper per ...
