What other alternator fits the 1.8?
Hello all, anyone know what alternator from a probe or 626 will fit my v6 1.8? I dont want to spend $200+ on a rebuilt alternator, but can get a nice one from a 95 626.

Re: 92 MX-3 For Sale With 17" rims
Nahh, sorry!
BTW they are 17" Konig rims. The MX-3 is not dropped. 205-40-17 Kumho tires. If you put the stockers next to these, the size is almost equal, thus not disturbing ride quality..

Re: Making a 1993 MX3 from ODB1 to ODB2
OBDII became available in vehicles in 1996.
Why would anyone want to put more sensors in a vehicle?? Too much work involved.
On Hondas they take out the OBDII ECU's and replace them with OBDI ECU's with special wiring harness. Never vise versa.

Re: brakes possibly sticking?

Re: What did I do wrong??
Ha! I fixed it.

Yes it was that star looking metal spinning thing that was put wrong. Behind that is a smaller spinni metal thing. They werent matching up with the groove. I put them on right, put back the cap and rotor, turned on the car after resetting the ecu, and BLAMO!! No check engine ...

The only time I ever see smoke thru my vents is when I smoke the tires to warm them up.
Is my engine burning up internally?
Hahaha. Uhmm yeah! In every revolution a total of 4 pistons goes up and down to create pressure ...

Re: What did I do wrong??
Well that would suck if I have to replace the distributor. I shoulda left it alone. It wasnt even leaking oil from the "O" ring. I figured why not change it. Kicking myself in the *** .
