Maybe this is alittle late but had a similar problem with mine. It turned out to be a connecter in the center concole that had to be replaced. Check it out it may be as easy as that. Good luck with it.

Michelle I think you should give the guys at Street imports (http://www.streetimports.com/homepage.htm) a call. I got a tranny from them for about $900 canadian shipped. They get them from low mileage doners in Japan. The one I got works great. Trust me I shopped around and they seem to have the ...
