When my engine is running, wether its hot or cold it has a sound similar to a desiel engine, i have a small exhaust leak at the bottom of my manifold could that be the cause of the sound or is it somthing else?

I thought of that too, so I replaced my fuel filter earlier this year and it happed like a couple of days later, so I dont think its the fuel, but i could be wrong

Its very likley that it is your wheel bearing is going out,if it sounds like a squeeking/rubbing/grinding noise? There is a good chance that it is going out.
