I use the USPS priority boxes. It's either 3 or 4 of them. But fits perfect.

Re: Shipping from the U.S. to Canada
When I set my headlights up there, UPS wanted my credit card #. For the custom fees if the buyer didnt pay. I was like HELL NO! Ended up going USPS, and had to pay an extra $10. I've set alot of international stuff in envelopes for cheap prices.

Re: [WTB] Misc. MX-3 V6 Parts
I don't know why someone who hasn't been involved in the forums, or helped anyone else, expects people to go out of their way with their time and effort to give you free parts. That's why people are having fun with this thread.

Re: (GI) manual seat belt conversion kit
I just had my 92 323 done about 3 months ago. Only one side was bad. But they decided to do both sides. Surprised me. But then I got the belt beeping on and off after, so I had to do the bypass under the center console.

Re: (GI) manual seat belt conversion kit
In the US, they only had Mx-3's in 92-93 (and a few oddballs 94s). While in Canada, it was an options (and rare to see) until they started to come with airbags, in the US, automatic seatbelts were mandatory. We know how troublesome they're getting with age, and how much the dealerships are giving ...

Re: Clutch Replacement question
I've done tranny and clutch replacements in both my RS and GS cars. From my experience the V6 is easier. I say that because they use 17mm bolts compared to 14mm bolts of the RS. When I got all the bolts off, the rest seemed to fly by.

Re: I thought all 1991-1995 Mazda 323s had manual steering?
I've owned a 92 323 and it had power steering. Most I've seen in the junkers are power. Most of the pre 90's I've seen were manual.

You can test the fan to see if it's bad. Just unplug the harness and connect power and ground to it.

Re: Window motor replacement
Did you test the motor before install? Just hook the two wires up to the battery(power and ground). One way rolls the window up, there other way, rolls it down. If the motor works, could be the track. Maybe the cable is stuck.

Re: Window motor replacement
its a electrical window
So the trick is to lower the window.
Unscrew the bolts,
take out the glass.
Remove the motor
Put new motor in
Put glass back in ?

Re: Window motor replacement
It depends on if it's manual or power windows.
Take the panel off, by unscrewing one screw on the outside of panel, and by handle.
Remove the plastic around the window motor track.
The window motor track will have 3 bolts holding it on the door. Manual will have an additional 3 bolts holding the ...

Re: I wonder how our forum members turned out...
I sorta remembered back in 02 when I first joined. The ze swap was just being finalized. Everybody was wanting custom parts group buys here and there. It seemed everybody was hungry to soup up their rides. Now it seems everyone wants oem styles over the tuner(rice) look. The Mx-3 is getting old. But ...
