I have to replace my distributor, the whole thing, not the cap. I also need an exhaust manifold. Any advice other than corksport?

I need a header/manifold
I need one at a good price. I am not expecting $5, but I can't get sent through the ringer either. Perhaps I could find an after market version. Where do I find one?
