I've got a similar problem....<BR>in neutral my car idles at 400-500rpm<BR>as soon as i put it in any gear it revs up to 1000-1200???? any one got ideas? worn clutch, bad spark plugs, i don't know!it's obviously trying to keep a constant idle and working harder to do so in gear, i just can't find ...

My '92 is about to reach 260k km. not a single engine problem since i've had it. performance has suffered a bit but nothing some cheap repairs wouldn't correct. spark plugs, new engine gasket and so on....
